About Us Founded in November 2001, ParentCAFE (Parent, Child and Family Enrichment) is a small nonprofit organization with a big mission: to support and strengthen local families, starting in the Puget Sound area and then expanding to all of Washington state. Our intention is to be a "virtual family support center" as well as an online community gathering place for parents and those who work with families. Parents can save time at "the Café that never closes"--a one-stop, easy-to-use source of information, resources, support, and interaction, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
